Finding Vino Toastmasters gives out a number of different awards throughout the year.

  • Best Table Topic Speaker
    • For the Toastmaster that gives the best Table Topic speech
  • Best Speaker
    • For the Toastmaster that gives the best presentation
  • Best Evaluator
    • For the Toastmaster that gives the best evaluation

Extra Mile Awards

  • Halfway-There Award
    • For the Toastmaster that has reached the half way mark of his or her CC
  • Sparkplug
    • For the Toastmaster that shows the most enthusiasm
  • Logofile
    • For the Toastmaster that shows the most creative use of words
  • First-Timer
    • For the Toastmaster that performs a defining role for the first time
  • Standing Ovation Award
    • For the Toastmaster that shows outstanding achievement
      • Example: Rookie of the Year



Vivien won Best Table Topic on November 20/18


Monica won Best Evaluator on November 20/18.  And Jo did a great job in her first time taking on the role of Chairperson.




Peter won Best Evaluator on October 2/18


Ilan got a standing ovation for his hilarious table topic about Martians!









Another 3-way Evaluation tie on September 4 AND a 4-way Table Topics Tie!

We had a 3-way tie for Best Evaluator on July 17. A first!










Our Treasurer Monica won the presigious At The Helm award, presented by past District Director Carol Carter. That is now 3 times a Finding Vino Toastmaster has won the award, one of the highest achievements in Toastmasters. So proud!

May and Riz won for best evaluation and table topic. Christine picked up the Standing Ovation award for outstanding contribution to the club. Well done, all!

Peter looks relieved after finishing a fantastic Icebreaker speech and Shay won the Evaluation award. Well done!

At our May 1st 2018 meeting, Carole won Best Evaluator and our guest Tikira won best Table Topic. Great job!
